·         Responsibilities include leading a team of programmers within the Enterprise Services Solutions Group in creating a series of policy based services via XML, Webshpere MQ and COBOL transactions within a CICS on-line region. Other responsibilities include leading the WESB architecture installation effort,  leading the Technology Proof of Concept for the Serena ZMF client for eclipse (Changeman on the PC), resolution of trouble incidents and process improvement requests as well as being the primary contact and support analyst for the State liability reporting standards across 13 states.
